The problem
The tools we used treated estimation like a form. But the useful part of the meeting is a moment: everyone commits in private, then sees the whole table at once.
The research
My own squad was the test group. We estimate every sprint, so every session is a real one.
The idea
Build my own around that moment: a call that feels like a room, where you can tell who’s still thinking without asking. It went from first commit to our sprint planning in three days.
The pivot
The first live session showed estimates were too fleeting. Save jumped to the next story before anyone wrote the number down. Now the host sets the pace.
The results
On the table every sprint, and hardened for strangers: reconnects that survive a reload, an accessibility pass, tests on every deploy. Next is a free public launch.
